We always aim to provide top-quality services. Your happiness is our priority. By scheduling our services, you confirm that you have read and comprehend our Liability Waiver for Cleaning Services provided by Flipson Pressure Washing and agree with the following:

Scheduling:
Exterior cleaning is highly dependent on weather conditions. If you have an appointment but the weather that day does not support our tasks, we will reschedule your service for another day of your convenience. We appreciate your understanding because the quality of work depends on weather conditions, which are out of our control. If we have to reschedule your project for another day, we will make this process as smooth as possible and notify you immediately.

Nature of Services:
Flipson Pressure Washing shall perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning services as agreed upon between Provider and Client, which may include: a) Cleaning of hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, pavers, and other stone materials; b) Cleaning of building exteriors including siding, stucco, and other exterior surfaces; c) Cleaning of windows, machinery, and other specified items; d) Application of appropriate cleaning agents including degreasers, acid-based cleaning agents, and natural-based cleaning agents; and e) Other related exterior cleaning services as mutually agreed upon.

Water Usage:
You agree to grant Flipson Pressure Washing the right to use your property water supply for completing your project. Please ensure the water supply is in working order before our arrival. If we have to use alternative water supplies at your location, it will include an extra charge for the work we provide.

Electricity Usage:
You agree to grant Flipson Pressure Washing the right to use your property electricity for completing your project. Please make sure that electricity is available and in working order before our arrival. If we have to use an alternative electricity source at your location, it will include an extra charge for the work we provide. Flipson Pressure Washing will not compensate for electricity use.

Concrete:
Please note that the appearance of concrete depends on many factors. From project to project, concrete will not look the same, even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab.

Pavers:
Customer is hereby notified that cleaning of pavers, particularly walkway pavers, will result some sand fill. It is understood that Flipson Pressure Washing is not responsible for this sand loss nor will replace sand.
Customer understands there may be discoloration in pavers due to several factors.

Stain Removal:
There is possibility that some stains we cannot remove. We will point to such areas when quoting the project. We will immediately notify you about this possibility.
For example, we may not be able to remove the following stains: splatters from stains and artillery fungus, tree sap, some paints/stains, rust, embedded oil, oils that have been permanently discolored material due to time and temperature/sun exposure, surface texture discoloration.

Color and Tone Concerns:
Please note that different materials and its inherent properties, age, and weather can affect the resulting color or tone of resulted cleaning process.
If your siding is stucco, vinyl or aluminum, you must expect bleaching or fading due to weather. Flipson Pressure Washing will not be responsible if faded surfaces become more visible after power washing or if discoloration occurs.

Courtesy:
When Flipson Pressure Washing is on location and providing the services, you are responsible for keeping your children, pets, elderly and other people away from our work area. This requirement is mandatory for everyone's safety. Also, we recommend proceeding with caution until flat surfaces have dried completely.

Removal & Replacement of Deck Contents:
Please remove and replace your deck furniture, plants, grill, and other items from the work area before our arrival. It will simplify the preparation process, and we will start working on your project immediately.

Damages:
Flipson Pressure Washing is not responsible for:
Existing structural defects or products not supplied by Flipson Pressure Washing like wood rot or damages due to improperly installed siding, stucco, paint, loose shingles, siding and or defective constriction, improperly sealed or opened, broken windows, doors, unsecured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters, leaders, and improper caulking, broken or busted hose bibs and damages that may occur during services. Damaged or improperly installed electrical outlets or exterior wiring; to include door bells, and exterior lights or wiring to a/c units. Improper maintenance, unusual or usual wear of cleaned surfaces.

Watertight:
Please ensure your property is in good condition, well maintained, and weather tight. Flipson Pressure Washing is not responsible for damages due to water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical-related items, doors, or windows.
Flipson Pressure Washing Cannot guarantee the removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces.

Window Spotting:
Please note that your windows may become spotted when we are working on your project. Window cleaning is not included in the services unless agreed during quoting.
If window cleaning services is agreed upon, please remove window screen prior to service. A spot-free rinse is used, all attempts will be made to wipe dry windows, but it is acknowledged that water spots may still be visible.
If window screen cleaning is selected, it is the clients responsibility to remove and reinstall screen.

HOA:
"Homeowners Association" refers to any similar body with the authority to make rules, regulations, or requirements for the subject property. It is the responsibility of the client to understand any HOA compliance places, washing of exterior surfaces inevitably leaves residue from the runoff water. Any complaints levied is understood that the client will be responsible for and will have directed to.

Payments and Discounts:

• 100% payment of the total cost is recommended to paid upon completion of the project, unless invoice in which invoice must be
  paid within 15 days.

• Discount coupons must be presented at the time of the estimate/proposal

The services provided by Flipson Pressure Washing (hereinafter "Company") are intended for the purpose of general cleaning of residential and commercial properties. By utilizing the services of the Company, the customer (hereinafter "Client") acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
The Company does not assume any responsibility for any damage that may occur to the Client's property as a result of the pressure washing services. It is the Client's responsibility to secure and/or remove any personal property from the area to be cleaned.
The Client assumes all risks associated with the use of high pressure water and any related equipment. The Company will not be held liable for any injuries sustained on the property during the pressure washing process.
The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of detergents or other cleaning products. If the Client has allergies or sensitivities to certain products, it is the Client's responsibility to inform the Company prior to the start of the service.
The Client acknowledges that while the Company will make all attempts to protect plant-life, some adverse reactions can occur from use of cleaning detergents, and the Client holds harmless the Company from any an all organic material damages.
By utilizing the services of the Company, the Client releases the Company of any and all liability arising from the use of the services.
The Client acknowledges they are responsible for the maintenance and after care of any water features near the cleaning area (pools, fountains, ponds, etc) and will contact a professional service to ensure safety of such water and is responsible for all fees associated and holds the Company harmless.

I agree and waive and release Flipson Pressure Washing Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing and its employees, from and against all claims, cost liabilities and expenses and hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless in event of any of the listed negligence, previous damage, or faulty construction. I have personally read and understand this document. Permission is hereby granted to Flipson Pressure Washing window Cleaning & Pressure Washing to do the requested service and as the property/home owner agree to the above conditions. This disclaimer is intended to protect the interests of the Flipson Pressure Washing and to limit its potential liability. The Client is encouraged to review this disclaimer carefully and to seek legal counsel if necessary. The Client's use of the Company's services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
